Saalas is committed to providing our customers with a great dining experience. If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, we offer a refund policy that is fair and easy to understand.
Order Cancellation
You can cancel your order within 1 minute of placing it to receive a full refund. After that, you may be eligible for a partial refund depending on the reason for cancellation. For example, if your order is delivered late, you may be eligible for a refund of the delivery fee. If your order arrives with incorrect or missing items, you may be eligible for a refund of the cost of the missing items. You may also be able to request a replacement order.
Late Delivery
If your order is delivered late, you may be eligible for a refund of the delivery fee. The amount of the refund will depend on the length of the delay. For example, if your order is delivered more than 60 minutes late, you may be eligible for a full refund of the delivery fee.
Incorrect or Missing Items
If your order arrives with incorrect or missing items, you may be eligible for a refund of the cost of the missing items. You may also be able to request a replacement order. To be eligible for a refund, you must contact Saalas within 1 hour of receiving your order.
Unsatisfied with the Food
If you are dissatisfied with the food you receive, you may be able to request a refund. However, this is more difficult to do, and you may need to provide evidence that the food was not as advertised. For example, if you ordered a steak and it was cooked well done instead of medium rare, you may be able to request a refund. However, if you simply did not like the taste of the food, you are less likely to be successful.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, you must contact Saalas customer support. You can do this by phone, email, or through the Saalas website. When you contact customer support, you will need to provide your order number and the reason for your request. Saalas will then review your request and determine if you are eligible for a refund.
Refund Processing
If your request for a refund is approved, Saalas will process the refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited to the same payment method that you used to place your order.
