Noon Chai, Also Called Sheer Chai (From Persian, Meaning â_x0080__x0098_Milk Teaâ_x0080__x0099_), Gulabi Chai, Kashmiri Tea or Pink Tea, is a Traditional Tea Beverage, originating from the Indian Subcontinent, most probably from the Kashmir valley, made with gunpowder tea (green tea leaves rolled in the shape of gun powder), milk and baking soda.
